Hatha yoga practice was designed to clean and purify the body in order to establish optimal health and prepare one for meditation. Hatha yoga also aims to create a harmonious balance between the masculine and feminine energy.
Our studio feels like home, allowing space for 5 very comfortably. We are located adjacent to the McKinney Square, providing quick access to delicious coffee, breakfast & brunch before or after your practice. We also provide the option to bring your own mat, or use ours!
Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
